Victoria Murray, OBM
My name is Victoria Murray, Certified Online Business Manager and Founder of Inbox Virtual Associates. I help churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses build the systems, workflows, and operational structure that allow them to grow sustainably without burning out the people leading them.
With 13+ years of virtual assistance and online business management experience, and 20 years of corporate background across healthcare, government, and service industries, I bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every client engagement. I don't just advise, I build, implement, and manage.
My clients trust me not only for the work I deliver, but for my commitment to their mission. Whether I'm streamlining a church's communications workflow, building an OBM-level operations system for a growing nonprofit, or helping a consultant reclaim their time, the goal is always the same: get you out of the day-to-day so you can lead.
I also serve as 1st Vice President of the NANBPWC Central Ohio Club, where I lead programming and community empowerment initiatives, championing women's economic advancement and preserving the legacy of Black professional women in business.
